We’re exploring Junk Journaling — part scrapbooking, part journaling, part meditation, and a powerful way to turn everyday scraps into meaning and intention.

No special supplies needed. Just use what you already have: paper, pens, notes, receipts, scraps, memories—anything goes.

We’ll start by exploring how junk journaling can be used for manifestation, reflection, planning, and even organizing life’s chaos (yes, even taxes). Then we’ll move into a guided, creative making session together.
